LOI 1: Choices and habits we make

Physical choices: 
We shortlisted few physical health choices and habits like-
Eating habits, Exercising, physical abuse.
   
  The below given websites are very useful to know about the Physical and lifestyle choices.

BOOKS ON HEALTH AND NUTRITION HELPED US TO COLLECT INFORMATION ON HOW CAN WE IMPROVE OUR HEALTH AND NUTRITION.
Some of them  are :
    ·  Healthy teeth- It helped us know why are our teeth important, how we should keep care of them and how are they connected to our physical health.

   LOI 2: Cause of choice and irresponsible behaviour one makes.

     We as a group came up with some of the irresponsible behaviours like physical bullying, physically abuse or good touch and bad touch.

   LOI 3: Choices and habits can affect our etiquette.
     
     As we understood that etiquettes are very crucial for our life. We have
     investigated into this line of inquiry through taking interviews. We prepared the questionnaire to know about physical etiquettes that one follows in the gym.

     Questionnaire:

     Q1. Why did you join the gym?
     Q2. What do you feel are other ways to improve your health?
     Q3. What do you think are the Physical etiquette?
     Q4. Do people follow these etiquettes?
     Q5. How can we make people follow these etiquettes?

LOI 4: Choices and habits, moulds one's personality.

After knowing about etiquettes. I demonstrated my communicator profile using my linguistic skills. I wrote poem in Hindi on how do choices and habits change us?
  




LOI 5: Rights and responsibility of humans (Responsibility)

We investigated and explored this line of inquiry by conducting a survey and listening to an expert (our own P.E teacher) to know about how eating healthy and being physically fit help us to be balanced.
